Because we don't live in the same area as the wedding, the salon suggested that I wait until the last few days for my hair and make-up trial. This way they wouldn't forget what they had done and it would be fresh in their memory - plus they can never get things the same twice, but this gives us a little better chance of getting it close. I was a little nervous about that, but Heidi at Bella Via in Okoboji was AWESOME! Mr. S wanted LOTS of curls. I wanted my flowers and dragonflies. She did great.
The make up the salon used is like Bare Minerals. We didn't do a full make-up trial, but we tried out colors. I think it came out nice.
